研究领域和方向

针对临床未满足的重大疾病需求,如超级耐药菌感染、关节炎、胰腺炎、败血症、抑郁症、脑部外创伤、老年痴呆症等,从具有成药性优势的天然骨架(如大环内酯、小檗碱、血根碱、紫檀芪、甘草次酸、碳苷黄酮等)出发,利用现代化学生物学、蛋白质组学、结构生物学以及人工智能计算机寻靶等手段寻找新的靶标或者作用模式,合成生物学或有机化学合成新分子,突破现有的治疗手段的局限性。通过迭代药物设计和改造结构,提高提高先导化合物的生物活性和类药性,同时,在化学和生物学的交叉层面中阐明分子作用机制,最终获得针对重大疾病模型的具有体外、体内活性的临床候选化合物。
